1. Eligibility & Accounts

1. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you enable parental controls for a minor, you represent you are the parent/legal guardian and accept responsibility for the minor's use.
2. Keep your account information accurate and your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
3. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts as permitted by law.

2. The Service; No Emergency Services

1. We operate a VPN network with servers in multiple countries; your connectivity may route through various jurisdictions.
2. No emergency calls. The Service does not support emergency communications (e.g., 911/112). Keep traditional phone service available.
3. ClearWeb and parental control features use blocklists, reputation sources, and heuristics to block categories of content. Filtering can cause site/app breakage; you accept this risk.

3. Acceptable Use (Strict)

You agree not to use the Service to:

1. engage in P2P file-sharing, BitTorrent, or similar (expressly prohibited);
2. infringe or facilitate infringement of IP rights;
3. conduct DDoS, scans, brute force, malware distribution, spam, or fraud;
4. violate export controls/sanctions or local law;
5. bypass paywalls/DRM;
6. harass, defame, or invade privacy;
7. interfere with the Service or third-party networks.

Network management. We may use automated detection of traffic categories/patterns (including P2P indicators) and may block, throttle, or filter traffic, ports, or endpoints; we may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

4. Software License

We grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use our apps solely to access the Service. No reverse engineering, resale, or circumvention of protections.

5. Beta, Changes & Availability

Features may change or be removed. Maintenance, outages, geo-blocking, and performance limits may occur. We may update these Terms; continued use after updates means acceptance (see "Last Updated" date above).

6. Fees & Future Payments

Currently, access may be free. We may introduce paid plans, subscriptions, or in-app purchases later. Pricing, billing cycles, taxes, refunds, and cancellation terms will be provided at purchase. When purchasing via Apple or Google, their billing/refund terms apply.

7. Referral Program & Bonus Codes

Referral links/codes and bonus codes may be offered and may be capped, modified, or withdrawn at any time. Abuse (self-referrals, fake accounts, prohibited incentives) is forbidden; violations may lead to forfeiture and account termination.

8. Content Filtering: Parental Controls & ClearWeb

Parental controls and ClearWeb rely on classification/blocklists. No filter is perfect. You remain responsible for monitoring minors' access and your own compliance. Filtering can over- or under-block and can impair functionality.

9. Intellectual Property & Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

We respect IP rights and may terminate repeat infringers. To submit a notice under the DMCA (17 U.S.C. §512), contact our agent (Section 17). We may respond to valid subpoenas and court orders.

10. Export Controls & Sanctions

You may not use the Service in or for the benefit of sanctioned/embargoed countries, entities, or persons. You represent you are not on any U.S. sanctions list.

11. Privacy; No Activity Logs

We do not log VPN traffic content, browsing history, or DNS queries tied to individual users ("no activity logs"). We process minimal connection metadata (e.g., session start/stop time, server ID, total bytes) strictly to operate the Service, enforce these Terms (including the P2P ban), and troubleshoot; we delete or anonymize such metadata within 30 days. 14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and contractors from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service or breach of these Terms or law.

15. Term & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately for suspected violations, security risks, fraud, non-payment, or legal/regulatory reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections intended to survive (including 9–14, 16–18) survive.

16. App Store Terms

If you download from Apple or Google, their terms apply in addition to ours. You must comply with applicable platform policies.

18. Dispute Resolution; Class Action Waiver (U.S. users)

Binding arbitration. Any dispute with us will be resolved by individual binding arbitration under JAMS or AAA rules, seated in Casper, Wyoming, unless prohibited by law. No class actions or consolidated proceedings. Either party may bring qualifying claims in small-claims court.

Non-U.S./EEA/UK users: Where arbitration/waivers are not enforceable, your local mandatory rights remain.

19. Governing Law; Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Venue for any permitted court action is the state or federal courts located in Natrona County, Wyoming. The U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
